Sarah Mittelman
We are all transformed by the renewal of our minds and it would be my privilege to come alongside to assist you in identifying unhealthy patterns of beliefs and behaviors, and provide you with tools unique to your needs and style of learning to create healthy solutions for lasting change.
I offer you my knowledge of neuropsychology, techniques for therapeutic self-exploration, life coaching, and my love for helping people change their lives. I take a compassionate and holistic approach to therapy, working with the body, mind, and spirit.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Board Certified Counselor and, although I am uniquely trained as a Christian counselor, I provide a safe, supportive, non-judgmental counseling relationship for individuals regardless of faith.
Also, part of my counseling career has been spent in working in hospice; specializing in multicultural grief and loss, as well as anticipatory and complicated grief.
I work with adult women struggling with anxiety, co-dependency, issues of self-worth, daughters of narcissists, and spiritual concerns including church abuse.
